Performance Notes

× Meet the souls of Spoon River, a fictitious coastal village set at the turn of the 20th-century. The residents will tell of their triumphs, regrets, the crimes they committed, the lives they saved and the loves they lost -- but they're coming back from the grave to deliver their own epitaphs. This anthology by Edgar Lee Masters epitomizes early rural life in America and has often been compared to Thornton Wilder's classic play "Our Town." The Roberts Wesleyan College adaptation includes original and existing music written and performed by the cast members.
